BEHOLD THE FUTURE TELLER PATRICOO FOR HIS WISDOM IS KNOWN ALL THROUGHOUT THE WORLD!

Don't worry. Last week's success won't get to my head. I'll still come around and grace you all with my presence for a little while longer while my servants make me breakfast. (so humble.)

Rebels v Motor City
There is a real disparity between the bottom rungs and the middle. While the Rebels sit with a comfortable lead and a solid schedule ahead of them Motor City is going to have to turn some things around if they want to finish the season with more than 4 wins. Rebels have the third best defense. Motor City has scored more than 10 points only 3 times this year in league games. Do the math. Over/Under 49.5

Haxfootball v Seattle
Not exactly a primetime game. Could we bill this as a battle for last place or something? Ah I don't want to drill into them too badly. I like Hax, I like Seattle but think Seattle has been the one keeping their losses competitive. A strong offense just hasn't been able to shine when the defense can't bring the same superstar power. Today I figure the Seattle defense does just fine against a weak Hax offense. Over/Under 42.5

Devils v Anarchy
No more undefeated teams! Makes it hard to pick a favorite for this year's championship and good work to the Devils who had a real rough start to the season and really fought back to keep in the wild card race. A real shame they're going to have their winnings stunted a little this week. Yea Anarchy is struggling with an inactive owner and a defense that can't stop passes but the Devils are an all run team. Plus it isn't like the offense has just gone away. Anything the defense lets up Anarchy proves they can come back with another drive. Over/Under 78.5

Eagles v Mountaineers
Woe to the Mountaineers. They've faced the league's best and struggled and the team's worst and triumphed. Now the next three games they have will be against all the other Wild Card contenders. Their season really does come down to this next string of games. Run a losing streak and you let 3 teams get in front of you. Run a winning streak and even if you don't catch up to Anarchy they're still looking good for a return to the playoffs. On paper the Mountaineers look good but you wonder if those stats are skewed. Meanwhile Eagles struggled against the same caliber team in the Cows. Biggest chance to be wrong on this one but I'll run the odds and pick Mountaineers. Over/Under 52.5

Sadness v Stingers
SINGERS LMAO THAT JOKE IS STILL FUNNY. Actually some Sadness discussion, even on best outcome I really don't think 9-5 is possible for a wildcard birth at this rate. Still, they have games against the Cows, Eagles and Devils coming up. I'm calling it. Watch them spoil at least two playoff runs.

Dragons v Cows
Total wins measures this as game of the week but I think Eagles/Mountaineers are a better choice. A little discussion here. Cows represent the most skewed stats in the league but, when compared to the Seahawks, it proves you can go further with a bad offense and a good defense instead of the opposite. Typically if you see some similarly preforming offenses you can usually find the winner in the team with more stopping paper. So looking to the paper you might see a really close game. We have slightly average offenses vs strong defenses and with that you might be willing to give the cows the edge. Even at 5-3 the Cows are only second in points allowed. Pretty damn impressive considering the only team with less allowed is... oh... the Dragons. Yea I'm going with them. Over/Under 31.5

WOW

I got scared here: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/169013/1712295
I was already losing by 10 then this fumble helped advance your lead by 17 toward the beginning of the 2nd quarter.

I could not score and you were. You beat my D down. [I went limp D.]

It was the 4th quarter with 8:48 left, you leading 31-14. My offense finally kicked into gear and my Defense started to stop you. [http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/169013/1713461]
Yeah some of those outside homerun rushes helped a bit.

Thank god for Timeouts and my D stopping you on your final attempt to close the deal.[http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/169013/1713771]

It was the best comeback scoring drive of the season for me with 3 crucial 4th down conversions. I started on my OWN 7 yard line with only 1:37 left in the game only needing a field goal to take it to OT or scoring to win it. Oh, I cannot forget I have no timeouts left. [http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/169013/1713825]

4th & 5 with only 8 seconds left in the game we knew it was our only chance to win.[http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/169013/1713930]

Spikes -7
Inside rushes -6
Outside rushes -2

HB- 44 yards on 7 attempts.
QB- 50 yards on 1 attempt.

Good Game DD.

Oh he feels awful about it. Dont rub it in!

It was a great game though. It wasnt the offense that kicked into gear so much as the heart wearing down. Check the bars in those last drives. Totally fell apart.

Edit: eh my phrasing makes it sound like the cows offense gets no credit. It was a gg. Just a lot of factors could have changed the outcome
