I am looking for agents looking to builds players for a winning team. I want agents more interested in winning than just stats. We will carry no superstars on this team, instead we will utilize all of our cap and carry 43 players.
things to know before signing up
I have builds planned for each position...they do not have to be followed exactly but are good guidelines for what im looking for. Im flexible here though but really want people building there guys toward those goals.
If you are wanting to do a different build or some adjustments talk with me before building them. I want to make sure they can be successful in the schemes we will be running.
Each guy will be built for a purpose! What does this mean? it means there will be guys built as specialty players and may only play in half the games. You will see why in the private forum.
Dont expect MVP's. With our versatility and having multiple agents who will contribute big we likely wont have many mvp candidates, instead we will focus on winning.
If your build isnt up to par and you are not following the build idea then you will be replaced. As I said each player is being built with a purpose and will play a role for our success.
I do not care if you are a new agent or vet, everyone is welcome but want players that will be active and stay up on there builds, I do not want to babysit builds and agents.
I believe I will run the offense and would love to find a good DC that could run the defense. I have a general plan in place but if I find a DC that is good then we can adjust on the defensive side of the ball to fit your needs. I may run this myself if I cant find someone.
From me you will get someone active and who wants to win. No I havent had the most success but I do put in the work and stay active on my team forum.
