Enquiring minds want to know.

Say if I have a 50 Intimidation cap with 50 Intimidation and I have Gold Goal Line Blocker; when Goal Line Blocker fires will I have 65 conditioning, or just 50 conditioning because it is capped?

My big question is does it let you go over 100

Yeah I've always wondered that too...

Thinking from a coder's mindset, it would probably be easier to let it go past 100 in all of the formulas and algorithms than restrict it to 100 in all of them. Unless they were clever and thought about it ahead of time.

I'm 90% sure you can exceed your cap (and 100).
