With the focus on sim changes, lets look at the new Veteran leagues...

Total of 9 CPU teams
Total of 4 human teams that appear to be headed to a CPU-only roster

We have tough divisions like Monroe Beta and Hydrogen Alpha. We have horrible divisions like Monroe Alpha/Gamma and Hydrogen Gamma. Orion and Pegasus don't have as many glaring issues but, admittedly, I'm not as familiar with the teams.

Last season Veteran was consolidated. I don't think that's an option this season unless the following teams (3 of 4) agree to drop to rookie: Gatling Valley Pirates, San Diego Dragon Thunder, Jersey Goons, New Jersey Generals. Perhaps place all the CPU teams and 3 of 4 of the autopilot teams in a league together so the other leagues mean something?

DD2 can be kicked out. I was hoping it would automatically do that since the team hasn't been renewed.

I didn't point out the dozen or so teams (like DD2) that are largely CPU, mostly because I wasn't sure who was recruiting and who was phoning it in.

Pretty frustrating that so many games will be wasted on playing CPU teams.

The good news is that teams will be forced out of the top 20 much faster.

league play looking awful it is looking like at the moment.

Only having two pro leagues to feed into Vet didn't help. It also seems that there were over 30 J-man-Vet teams that quit or reset.

thats crazy

This was the first season that Season 1 team players absolutely had to retire or go legends too. It was bound to have higher turnover.

I misunderstood/mirsread his post...I thought 30 J-Man teams alone quitted^^

I took a stab at re-seeding leagues based on ladder position (flawed but all we've got)
