Some SA's seem to not trigger if another has already fired. However, are Active and Passive SA's capable of firing when one is already underway?

Such as say...Power Thru and Grinder/Goal Line Back?

Is it possible for both Grinder and Goal Line Back to fire?

GLB fires at the start of a play, and you will absolutely see grinder or Power through fire at the appropriate times during the play while GLB is still active.

Or at least, you see the popups. We all assume they all actually do what they say they do.
