The inside and outside run portions of the tactics are specifically for plays that specify Inside or outside run in the tag. For plays that are pass/run you will want to use the short/medium/long pass settings.

Awesome, thanks Rob. That's kind of what I figured but wanted to double check before really screwing the pooch on a game, lol.
