Hey everyone i was just wonder if anyone was looking for a HC or GM because I am looking for a job right now. I can help the team alot. I can help a team get out of a losing streak. Also I can adjust to any offense or defense. Right now I can stop any team with a Pass Rushing Problem or a Rushing problem.

No pass rush concerns in this league... Haha

Set tactics of Very Short to 49. Every thing else to 50

Set 1st down and all very short plays to 0 except for run inside and run outside set both of those at 50

Ignore every thing else as tactics are set to ignore down and distance and only follow the VS tactics.

Make sure to include goal line and QB rollouts in both the inside and outside play book. Set those to 5 bars. Include a couple middle runs from spread type formation formations. Toss another HB run into the mix but limit your total play calls to 5 (the minimum). Set those at 1 bar. Ignore all the other plays as the AI won't call them due to your tactics settings.

oh - don't forget to fiddle with your depth chart

Seriously though, I'm going to finish this season out as I want to learn a bit more - but next season lets chat as managing a team, a bunch of players, scouting, play calling...very time consuming...

Someone who responded that they are willing to join a team as an ass. GM in another thread and who doesn't know when to separate the a from the lot is sure to be an invaluable asset...
