so we have a bunch of people and experenced coaches an idea and some strong people. i am looking or some one with experence running a run first offense. we have all tools to do it easily

S* power+speed running back

S* run blocking FB

could also add a S* blocking/recieving TE and or another HB


the idea is a power running game which can inside and outside. complimented by a deeping ball passing game and S* TE to be able block and catch those deep balls

i am also looking for some one who wants to run a 3-4 d for ladder games. we plan on being a top team in rookie next season and moving forward

Would love to be apart of that defensive scheme however.

Put me down for anything I want to be a part of this no matter what I'm doing. I am fascinated by making DE's and FB's so either or or pretty much any other position.

What exactly are you looking for coaching wise? I may be interested in running the offense. Let me know if the spot is still available.

That's what I did for my current rookie team, seems to be working just fine as of now. As I said before, offense or defense is good with me, although I have gotten better on the defensive side of the ball. Would love to work with your defensive scheme also.

If your interested in new blood who has shown some success in developing offense, I would be interested in working on this project.
