there was something about it a while back and i could of sworn that as long as you didnt add players you could resign and maybe a more specific example would help. for example http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/roster/959 is at exactly 0 which means next season we will be negative unless cdog fixed the rounding issues with contracts. if i remeber correctly even if that happens I thought there was a safety net that let you resign even if you go over if this happens

At zero we'll be able to resign I have tweaks to deal with when sophomore puts us 10-15K over the cap.
