Does this mean that 50 is the new baseline to where you have no penalty to skills? Thus any morale >50 is a skill bonus? Or does this just mean that everyone starts a game with the penalty that was normal for starting at 50?

Also Ithink it'd be cool, as an additional small buff to heart, if you could "start" a game higher than 50 with really good heart, but then still have the natural gravitation for the skill to move towards 50.

This is a really good question.

Would be an added bonus to High contracts. And a way for users to see a visual representation of the benefit of High contracts.

good question, against the Heart thing. Heart should help you enough with playing the chem game ingame, no need to start higher imo

Ya starting higher than others pretty much negates the entire premise.

Should be interesting to see how much we get a 'random factor'. Just teams that have poor starts (early fumbles or INTs) getting buried to a point of a no return.

I guess what I am hoping is that the gravitation works pretty fast towards 50 and that the heart skill itself shows its biggest impact on how far above 50 your chunks from big team plays get. That way fumbles and int's don't totally cripple you if you rattle off a drive afterwards.

So I dunno, I just watched MoD get their ass kicked by Assassins this morning and at first I was going to assume that they did get buried but their morale hung in there for most of the game despite the ass kicking on so many phases. Even down 35-3 their defense was at least in the 20's and mid 30's for the most part. Offense was hanging around in the 40ish range. They string together a TD drive somewhere in there and the seesaw tilts back towards neutral for them I bet. Really like that a lot more than just straight lining guys and honestly that is the best part. Not watching guys fighting 0 for half a game. Then again I haven't seen a rushing domination from the Stunners yet.

I don't know enough about the Assassins, but how much do they utilize Primetime?

Popped up quite a bit in the game so I would assume about as much as anyone in the game. Which makes those numbers feel even better. Will have to see what the running game and their huge 60+ yard runs do to the seesaw.

ha, asked and I recieved. In the Rusty v Brewmaster scrim I dipped into a hole from a Prime Time TD and then immediately followed that up with a fumble from a RB. The effect wasn't so much that I horribly dipped but I dipped and Rusty gained.

Morale definitely puts an additional emphasis on conditioning as well.

Overall, looks good. There's much more flow to the morale. Prime Time might be overpowered, but we're talking about guys who have a gold investment there. I'm ok with the reward for that expense.
