S* D players have gotten an effective boost with this too. May/should cause more Tier2/3 Superstars to be on D.

We've gone from a quiet off season with the WG staff not listening; to a pretty big round of changes and the user base getting all that we have asked for. Credit where it is due, good work BortDog

Definitely a good amount of needed changes for sure. If we can just get communication tidied up a little I feel like glb2 will be a much better product.

Yes. But unfortunately the changes we see won't really impact the game for a few seasons. S9 rookie teams o-line will be hit the hardest, especially when they advance to Seasoned and get thrown to Journeyman/Pro teams who built up o-lines blocking skills when the SP cost was cheaper.
Not sure when the playing field will be level for newly created blocking builds. Season 11 rookie teams maybe? Season 12? By the time those S11 and S12 rookie teams hit Veteran, their might still be a few teams who have o-lines mostly built before the SP changes.
