Couple quick tips:
#1. Always open your build up in player settings. Teams want to see your build before recruiting you.
#2. Use the "catch up" function to make him a full blown sophomore. People aren't going to want to recruit a rookie CB who they can't have all season (because he'll turn into a sophomore). So catch him up and look for a sophomore team.
