very active on atleast once per day and i will boost every chance i get. would love a team with active forums but not 100 percent needed

Just some friendly advice, you aren't going to have anyone who will want him in rookie. Wait until the end of the season and use the "catch-up" function which will make him a sophomore. Then aim for a sophomore team.
