Ball itself is at 329.5 which per above example is at 6 inches from the goalline. That means that GLB players do not stretch the ball out and are always at their hip. The ball is 24 inches from the top of the player in the prone position which sort of makes sense proportion wise.
So yes the ball carrier crosses but the ball had not crossed yet, but that is due to the lack of programming of stretching the ball out across. IRL that's a touchdown, unless your an idiot
