Please don't take this negative as building a new team at sophomore without the extra planning most teams do before rookie is not easy and you are to be commended for how close to a complete roster you have
But you carry 4 HB and 8 wr which depending on offense is 1-2 too many HB and 3-5 too many wr. You have depth concerns on your oline which is very hard to recruit for so understandable. You have 5 of 6 on dline so almost there but again depth issue at de. You have 6 lb so unless running a 3-4 base and predominant defense is 1 to many. And if 3-4 then 1 too many DT. You secondary is light as well.
I would take a look and turn off auto fill roster. This way you don't continue to auto sign positions you don't need. It might suck but slim down you HB and wr. Before cutting the agent send a pm and let them know why. It sucks to cut them now yes but its more responsible for the other agents on your team to field a solid roster capable of contending.
Sign CPU players in the interim to fill in your depth and give you a clear cut idea of what you need. Search all the sophomore leagues. Each and every team in every league. If a team is CPU or owner inactive you can offer contracts to players. This can help you find roster spots you have CPU players in. Don't forget development leagues.
You will struggle for wins this season mainly because of chemistry and tooling the roster to get what you want to do out of it. By the play off time you can begin resigning people. Try and keep roster turn over to a minimum so you don't run into a lot of chemistry issues again. However you want to look to replace any who don't resign as well as upgrade a few positions with builds that better suit your team direction.
I hope this helps and again not meant to be negative. Just offering advice to try and help you keep moving forward as I said filling a sophomore team from scratch isn't easy and you have done a good job so far.
