Looks like they implemented something along the lines of what I suggested. I would take it a little further...

Monroe League - Veteran - 10:00
Tiger League - Veteran - 11:00
Hydrogen League - Veteran - 13:00
Cheetah League - Veteran - 14:00
Helium League - Veteran - 12:00
Orion League - Professional - 13:00
Pegasus League - Professional - 14:00
Diamond League - Journeyman - 10:00
Sapphire League - Journeyman - 11:00
Emerald League - Journeyman - 12:00
Brontosaurus League - Seasoned - 15:00
Triceratops League - Seasoned - 15:00
Velociraptor League - Seasoned - 16:00
Pterosaur League - Seasoned - 16:00
Birch League - Sophomore - 8:00
Maple League - Sophomore - 8:00
Ash League - Sophomore - 9:00

I don't think they need to be that bunch together, I think 8 to 8 is reasonable.

Also I think with 7 rookie leagues, they need to be broken up game time wise. 7 hours back to back is just overload, especially people who want to go out of their way to view them.

Something like this would be more preferable.
