I brought in a new GM for the team who's been doing an amazing job recruiting and everything else.
I would like to help him out.

Head Coach - Knowledgeable coordinator in Offense, Defense and Special teams.
Offensive Coordinator - A veteran OC who loves to put up points.
Defensive Coordinator - Aggressive but smart play caller.
Special Team - If you know anything at all about special team, I will hire you on the spot.

Just an FYI-
This team has no loyalty. Signed my RB last season. He led the team in all rushing stats. They renewed him a few days ago, then cut him late last night when a S* player came available, leaving me CPU bound this late in the signing period.
Just be aware you're getting into a win at all cost environment.

ill do special teams if you want, did it for my own team back in season 1 and 2

My apologies. This is something we will change in the future.

I am also open up to bringing a recruiter who have an eye for talent.

Agree^^

They resigned my back last year, then cut him after like 3 games saying they need a better one and one that boosts. Instead of just asking me If I would boost, like I do with all of my toons that are on human owned teams. Oh well.

I already cleared things up with my GM on how players are being handled. I am more involved this season with the team. We are moving forward, and looking to bring in a staff to open up discussions on how to better the team. One person being the Judge, Jury, and Executioner will not work.
