I think it'd work better as just a general comittee - someone make a private forum, and anyone interested in voting, and with enough experience in the game, gets to have a vote. More like a media poll than a coaches poll. Everyone ranks 10 teams, first place team gets 10 points, second gets 9, etc.
Forum > Goal Line Blitz 2 > Season 8 Ladder Top 10

There's a lot of serious teams coming down the line ruthlessly vying for one of those spots. The game is fine, people are just finding out what works.

Bad timing. Season 8 is the first season that fully boosted played would turn legend without career boosts. The only thing that surprises me is that the owners chose to keep their dead teams in Veteran rather than resetting.

Air Raid's possibly making a single roster move this offseason. Adderfist's deciding on whether to keep his two DTs, or replace them with my S* Unblockable Bob.
There's some playcalling implications, so it's not as cut and dry as you might think.

We swooped him up and it only cost a reg DT, and a run stuffing 5th CB
