Whats considered a good cap for PRT, PRP, & Footwork for this build? As well as size?

70's PRT, 70's PRP, 60's FW?

I was thinking 8 Str, 3 Spd, 8 Agi, 3 Stam, 8 Aware, 5 Confidence... is that a good base?

I know Spin Cycle is key, and not sure after that... maybe GLS and SB?
