Seneca blew that game, so many blown opportunities running Counters and Pitches on 3rd and Very Short.

not exactly... I scouted them that way. If they went only up the middle on 3rd and short, I would have stuffed the middle with MO and MIF which could have shut down inside runs which I've done against elite competition.

Seneca shouldn't have even been in that game... they had a ton of lucky rolls all game. If you want to play a rematch scrim with the same playbooks/tactics, let me know and I'll show you. I bet we win by at least 20.

I'm not here to argue, I'm just looking at facts. Seneca outplayed you guys and due to a poor 3rd & Short game plan they let it get away from them.

it would have been a blowout without the bad-roll turnovers (first two lost fumbles of the season by RH, and only 2nd INT of season by Yukiko in 18 games - the definition of a bad-roll game), as well as the bad-roll 80 yard run that would have been a TFL 19 times out of 20. That could have VERY EASILY been a 50ish-17ish game.

I have absolutely no problem stating when we lose to a better team... all three of our losses this season were to teams that outplayed us that day (Air Raid, Hawaii, and NJ)... if Seneca won it would have been a BS loss, simple as that

- This matchup would probably be my favorite of the week if it weren't for the Screenmasters facing off. TSR has reliably defended the running game well, and that's pretty much what Minnesota does. An interesting point of reference here is how Minnesota's defense tends to give some ground to passing attacks. Historically, the teams throwing up 40+ points on Minnesota are Compton, D.C., etc. Salty can throw the ball pretty well. And they're likely to play the best defense that Minnesota's seen since the Hawaii game. I'm actually going to pick Salty here, but only because Minnesota's builds aren't finished yet. Close game though.
