I have Zone at 25 right now, is it too late to switch to man or should I just stick to zone since it is already at 25?

If you can respec, then do that. If you are a rookie, I would suggest just starting over.

It's very tough for a FS to get a lot of interceptions in the sim from my experience.

But in terms of general builds, I'd go zone coverage awareness since a lot of plays call for cover 1 for FS's but it depends on what defensive scheme you play in.


I'd put sprinting/conditioning/quickness as #1 for a FS, you have to help prevent CiT rolls on long pass plays and also get there quickly on both outside and inside runs.

Then deflecting/tackle technique is important to clean up plays in either the run or pass.

with zone or man. try to get on a team with an active owner and see what they'd prefer
