One of the things I find lacking is the ability to communicate with pictures in Forum posts. If I want to write-up a guide for a Defensive Playbook, having the ability to insert images would be useful.

Or allow agents to create a blog on their homepage or something.

Pics and the ability to post youtube vids.

This would be f*ing EPIC!
