except nfl license is bought out.

all pro football is still better than madden though.

What's funny is the 360 has been around about twice as long (2.5 vs 1.5 years) and has roughly twice as many industry defined "quality" games. The number since the PS3 release is about the same. And really, do you play every game that comes along?

Hope you didn't buy the HD-DVD add-on either. Blu-Ray is sweet. Wireless streaming media is sweet. Folding@Home is sweet. PS3 is pretty fuckin' sweet.

Oh, for IHasUsername...2k sucks now too because the EA Borg machine locked up the NFL license. But they were great back in the day.

So you agree Madden sucks? GREAT!

I still just have a PS2 and for now that's all I need as I don't have much time for in depth gaming anymore.

I just wanted to post in this thread because it reminds me of the old Sega vs. Super Nintendo arguments of my college days because, you know, there was nothing more important back then than defending your favorite 16-bit console over the other (I was Sega all the way baby!!). And then Playstation came along with it's 32-bit console and, well, that was it for Sega.

I'd play NHLPA Hockey '93 with my college roomates all night long on the Sega back in the day.

Hell no NES all the way!

i have most of the systems out, and id have to say that the NES, SNES and Dreamcast are my favorite, altho i do play my 360 and ps3 more. hydro thunder on dreamcast i enjoy alot, plus Tecmo (which is 100x better than Madden) and SNES with all of its games
