Warrior General Games

Greetings, I'm Smashrock, owner of the Oakland Haters. We are currently filling all roster positions looking to build a Run first, west coast offense style football team. We are not looking for vertical speed receivers or all superstars. We need specific attributes to support our game plan. Below is a list of the type players we would prefer to sign;

Staff
We wish to fill OC, DC, recruit and GM staff positions.

Offense

Qb - We favor accuracy & leadership over Arm Strength Pocket vision. Pocket Passer, NO Scramblers.
RB - We could use both Speed and Power backs
FB - Blocking - Pancake Chef
WR1 - Reliable, Our fastest receiver
WR2 - Possession, high footwork and Route Elusiveness
WR3-5 RUN BLOCKING RECEIVERS - Possession receivers or Speed, in that order.
TE - Blocking first, Receiving second.
LT - Pass Blocker
OG - Speedy Run Blocker, Must have good Lead Blocking
C - Balanced
RT - Balanced or Run Blocker

Defense

NT/DT - Run Stopper
RE/LE - Pass Rusher
LOLB - Man coverage or Zone, Balanced.
MILB - Run Stopper or Cover 2 (High Zone coverage)
ROLB - Cover 2, meaning have good Zone Coverage, or Blitzer
CBs - Man/Zone
Safeties - FAST, Run Support for FS and SS. I don't care as much about man coverage for SS/FS.


We prefer active agents over guys with tons of players who are not active.
