Hey all, my Grinnell Pioneers team is looking to fill a DT role and possibly a big possession WR role. The team is mostly my own players (especially at skill positions), but we've got a lot of other people on the team as well. Took most of a season to get tactics and strategy in the place I wanted them, but we've made good progress there and we're 14-0 in games and scrims since I implemented the new offense and defense.
