All of our servers are at low to moderate load, and errors seem few and far between. That, and most of the lag seems like network issues moreso than server issues, which is mostly out of our control.

Get a better host, GLB2 can't be that bandwidth intensive.

Well, firstly, no, it doesn't work any better on my machine.
Secondly, do you have any idea how difficult it is to fix a bug that you can't recreate? Finding the cause is just throwing shit at a wall with a blindfold on and hoping you hit it, and testing the fix is impossible since it already worked.

Switching hosts and data migration is a little bit more of an inconvenience than pages loading slowly.
Our hosts also, like most hosts, hosts more than just us. Maybe another service of theirs is getting DDoS'd. Maybe one of their routers is acting up. Among dozens of other potential reasons outside of "GLB2 being bandwidth intensive". Though, chat is actually quite bandwidth intensive, and player spritesheets are about a 1.5mb on first load.

Good God Man! Is that for all the skin colors? Coming from a person with 3 gig data limit living in the south, I could do without the last few shades... Just kidding, some of my best friends have unlimited data.

You using some shared hosting? How much data GLB2 consumes in a month? Sometimes getting a VPS gets even cheaper.
