Getting players and teams together is one thing, how about a forum dedicated to acquiring/advertising coaching services?

I need an entire management and coaching staff for GVTT, and despite certain affiliations/forum memberships, I've been unable to find anyone willing to lend a hand. And outside joining a "network" (which I did...) I didn't see any other option to find coaching help.
IDEA: when an agent buys a team, there should be some sort of mechanism in place to link him up with coaches and such. When you buy a team, there could be referred agents for coaching, management etc, depending on presets each agent chooses. Just like a player gets a bunch of contract offers, something could be set up to link willing coaches with needy owners. I've been looking for an OC/DC for a .500 team for three seasons and there's little to no help available through GLB 2's system.
If an agent is willing to coach, OC, DC there should be a tab and boxes on their profile page that indicate what management roles they'd be interested in. So that just like searching players, owners could search a GM, OC, DC...etc and make an offer to the agent for that role, and agents could indicate what roles they would be interested in.
I'm sure there's a better way to phrase all of this, but I'd love to hear what others think about it. thanks.
