Max cap in mind when asking the following questions

Is a footwork at 70 too high
How low can pass tech be to where it doesnt hurt
Does leadership in the 60 range hurt long term

Going for a power QB

I wouldn't do pass tech below 70. I don't think you need more than 30 footwork on any pocket passer. The amount of leadership totally depends on how well your offense is managing it's energy/morale.
