As favorable a week as things can probably get - no matchups against top 10 teams, only 4 matchups vs a higher ranked team. That said, some of those Pro matchups have the potential to get ugly, and ranks don't tell the whole story.

#7 Tampa vs #8 The Salty Runback (#1 Pro) - Tampa beat pro #2 Hawaii Bulls; can they do it again vs the #1?
#26 Helmand vs #29 Mr Men
#37 B-Squad vs #22 Mongolian Horde - B-Squad on a 4 game winning streak to get them their highest ranking that I recall them having. Can they keep it up as the competition rises? The Horde has beat Tampa, but lost to Alpine in ladder play already this season.
#30 Deeproute vs #21 Warsaw Wrath - DeepRoute has lost their last 3 games by a total of 7 points - losing on a FG at the 0:01 mark, a TD at 0:16, and the Alpine loss was a FG at 0:01 to tie and then lost in OT. 18 seconds from winning all 3 - is this the week they turn it around?

#10 MoD vs #2 New Jersey Generals - Enjoy the top 10, MoD...it's brutal up there, as Tampa can tell you.
#16 Alpine vs #35 Minnesota Bad Axes - Alpine's also looking to end their losing streak; the Bad Axes are 2-0 vs Osprey so far and looking to stay undefeated against our league
#25 Reapers vs #37 Hub City Hustlers - The ladder has been unkind to the reapers this season as they're on a 5 game skid in the ladder. Hub City might just be what they need to turn that around.
#13 Detroit vs #12 Hawaii Bulls (#2 Pro) - Detroit has been on hard times this season, and the Bulls are on a mission to catch Salty. Could get ugly for Detroit.

Gamma:
#15 Hustlers vs #31 Rancho Cucomunga Fighting Blind Squirrels - 0-3 vs Osprey; can the Hustlers make the squirrels 0-4?
#34 Orphans vs #47 Sunnyvale Samsquanches - Orphans have only lost 1 ladder game this season, and that was to the now top ten Dire Wolves. I don't think Sunnyvale has what it takes to stop the new and improved Orphans.
#32 Dookie vs #27 Harrisonburg Bulldogs (#3 Pro) - Yup, the top 3 pro teams are taking on Osprey this week. Dookie has lost 5 in a row - the Bulldogs aren't catching Salty or the Bulls, but the are in a dogfight for 3rd vs Air Raid (currently tied) and won't want to fall behind by losing this one.
#57 Nashville vs #45 Killer Konvicts (inactive) - 8 losses in a row. 5 of them by 10 or less. Nashville, let's get some wins! ...and get all of Osprey back up in the top 50.

Harrisonburg is actually #3 JOURNEYMAN team... I took them for granted and we just squeaked by as they are built extremely well.
