yay but it's all case dependent. Every team is different in terms of their makeup and salary situation.
e.g. you probably wouldn't take that QB high salary on a rushing team where you've got 3 superstar RBs already on high salaries.

It gets you a boost to your heart attribute. So if you get into some of these morale spirales a lot, you may want to think about a high contract But as Romo said, it all depends on your situation.
