I've signed up to purchase a team. All my players I've created are about to level up out of rookie. I want to get a team where I can put my players on it. Should I sign up to buy a second level team, or can my players play on a rookie team after they level up.

You could retire those players and make new ones on a rookie team, but even with FLEX being returned it's going to cost you. So best advice is to get a soph team, as mentioned above, or chalk up this season as a learning experience and start over.

Getting the soph team sems to fit your question.

And no, your rookies won't be able to play on a rookie team after they level up. In case that wasn't clear.
