The Williamsport Soul Reavers, currently of Pacific Pro (Oceania) are searching for the right people to add to our current staff as Scouts & Recruiters.
This offseason we have overhauled the roster and brought in new agents and players to improve the overall build quality. I have also recently hired Pringles as our Offensive Coordinator; he has already proven to be a great addition. The most recent addition to the staff, is our new CFO, TJC, who, like Pringles, has already proven to a be great hire.
Mumblessteel does a ton for this team as the Co-Owner, from recruiting, to staff coordination, and assistance with team management. He is a pillar of our ‘franchise’ and frankly, the team is still around because he is here, because in times of personal ‘conflict’, Mumbles stepped up and took the reins.
Captain Kaos is one of the best Defensive Coordinators I’ve been around, not just from a coordination standpoint, but as an agent/person standpoint. He has continuously put this team in a position of defensive dominance (only recently have we been in a position where the offense might be able to match it).
Last but certainly not least there is ClutchDreams who keeps our returner happy and our special teams on the move!
All of these individuals have a voice in Team Management and as a member of my staff, you would too. At the end of the day, this isn’t just a ‘group of guys’, this is a TEAM of Staff that has been strategically put together for the quest of achieving a brighter future.
What keeps the staff strong and will continue to do so is the level of activity and communication and experience that exists within the staff. In my search for a pair of scouts and a pair of recruiters to assist me with recruiting in the offseason, I am looking for active, experienced agents who are willing to communicate, remain active, and put their effort forth for the sake of the team. Obviously the more connections you have as a recruiter, the better, that can only help you in trying to lure agents with players into the team.
