The forums seem so dead. Are they? I don't know. I know you've mentioned that you like the ladder threads as a way of generating interest- and forming community (I agree that are good). I think adding in how many times the thread was viewed might add some encouragement at those levels that are kind of lacking in discussion (like seasoned)
