I know where to find individual player stats in a league, is there a way to view Team stats for a league? For example, I want to see who has allowed the least rushing yards

No you can't see a full list of team stats. What you can do is go to "matchup" though. Click on the matchup for your next league game and you will see how each team ranks in team categories. If you want to see other teams in your league's rankings, just click on one of their matchups.
