Me and Ticca are still tied, this time at 12-6 so hopefully this week someone pulls away with a lead. I think that may be unlikely though because the only big time match up this week is Thunder v Freebirds. So without further a due, my predictions.
Sharks v Abagados
The Miami Sharks have looked lost so far this season. I almost picked them as my surprise team but now I'm glad I didn't. The Abagados on the other hand where the surprise team I predcited and are going to make the Freebird's life difficult down the stretch for the division title. Abagados 24 - Sharks 3
Slim Kims v Red Devils
Ravenswood is the weakest team in the league no question. Its a good time for the Slim Kims to play them as they have had a rough start going 1-2 in league games and 0-2 (as of writing this post) in ladder games. Slim Kims need a big win to spark a good stretch of wins or the defending runners up may not return to the postseason. Slim Kims 27 - Red Devils 3
Beast v Hitmen
Creek Valley are going to need every win they can get to get out of Alpha and a game against the 0-3 Hitmen is going to be a cake walk. Beast 55 - Hitmen 0
Surge v Bullets
The Bullets started out as a CPU team but a new owner has thankfully saved them and pushed them to a 2-1 start. They have holes in their roster but only one loss so far as they could make a push for Beta. Sadly for the Bullets they will get brought back down to earth as they play one of the best teams in rookie. Surge 38 - Bullets 0
Miners V WARHAMMER
Two new teams that nobody really knows about face off. The Miners are mainly CPU so I don't see them pulling out a victory. WARHAMMER hopefully can use this game as a vault and get into the playoff race in Beta. WARHAMMER 17 - Miners 7
Freebirds V Thunder (Willcoll's game of the weak)
Saving the best for last shall we? The ,new to the Iron League, Thunder have taken the league by storm (no pun intended). A 3-0 start and a push in the ladder ranks makes this team one of the best here. The Thunder resemble last seasons' Baltimore Bulldogs with a dominant offense and a shutdown defense. The two masterminds behind the Bulldogs serve as GMs for the Thunder and they have helped build this team up. The Freebirds are also 3-0 and are looking to stay undefeated. A dominant defense yet again has put Las Vegas atop Gama and in great shape to coast there way into the postseason. Another reason the Freebirds are a top team is HB Tim Riggins. Even with though chemistry the former Creek Valley Beast player has given the Freebirds something they lacked last season, offense. As the chemistry gets better for the Freebirds these guys will continue to impress. Despite the big 3 teams in Alpha, right now these two teams are the best in the league statistically. The Thunder lead Iron in total offense and defense with the Freebirds right behind them in second place. Look at the match-up screen and you can see how good these teams have been. Sadly only one can win this game. Sorry Frank, but the Thunder are going to win this one. Thunder 7 - Freebirds 3.

I cant argue with the Pick .. Our Chem is horrendous and gives any decent team an edge at the moment.
