I can't find anywhere that I can grant access. If so please let me know, if not I think this would be a good function primarily for recruiting purposes.

Not possible currently...Corndog implied it was a few months ago, but apparently it's an ability that, as set up, only devs can use (he thought we all could do it already...we can't).
