Just checking as to see how this effect the player. I see the players at my level on my team are not yet journey yet. I know a player gets cut and will not advance while not on a team. But will he and when would it be to be able to make up the ground to be even.

It kinda sucks. On the fence to be able to sign a players and not have room. But then you would have to cut someone to make room and well. Risk losing the player to be signed or fuck up a players build that could maybe effect them getting resigned.

What do you guys do in this case. ON average. Because I know it could be a case by case thing as well.

Depending on position, the player can sign to a CPU team and not lose any ground (don't cut anyone on ladder day or they may end up with offers from CPU teams that have already played). Also, I think there's a catch-up option available once players reach the offseason that will allow them to "make up" any SP they missed in the previous season. I've never had to use that option, so I'm not sure how it works.

In general, an open dialogue with the agent involved will work though most issues like this.

It's there during the off-season.
