Says I can't because I'm on a team? Of course I'm on a team.....
This team is now CPU. What do I need to do?

Another question...How do I get my dot OFF a CPU team to respec them, if that's the case.

This. In the offseason, you're allowed to respec, even if you are on a team. So give it a week, then, respec and you'll be good.
