Ok so what would happen it you covered a 5wr set with a 4-3/3-4 straight up man. Would LB line up over the WR they should cover? or Will they NOT line up over said WR but still go and try and cover? Or will they stand in there LB spot and pick there nose?

depending on the specific play, yes, they'll move out to cover in M2M. If you're running a zone, no, they won't move.
