I would have used the C2 vs his Unders, after you linked the play I watched the Game and decided to play Base instead. Never said anything different, but thats still one play I changed.

But ok, you are right. I only beat him cause you chatted to me. Np, if thats what you wanna think. May also be because I made a whole new playbook and tactics on Offense (which didnt even work well tho).

But yeah...listen GLB2, i inly beat Queen City cause para made it happen

EDIT: NVM im blind

Strange, I always thought 7 was less than 16.

I do know the play can be beat, but it shouldn't be a failsafe for lazy coordinators to plug in and rack of wins with.

Very true, even though I'm the one being accused. Play needs fixing.

I run the play like nearly everyone else as well. You can either run it or have it ran against you and lose.

It'll be a better day when you can't run GL plays outside of GL situations.

Run MO spam against Air Raid. You will lose. Badly.

You can file that under: never going to happen.

Because it's abusable, and it makes no sense.

On the abusable, I'd much, much rather run a HB Sweep or QB Rollout on 3rd down when the defense has burned off some stamina and can't chase as well than on first down when it's likely a TFL. And if all you're worried about is QB Rollout, it's not even the best QB run anymore because defenses can set up very specifically to stop QB Rollout, but they can't for the other QB runs.

On makes no sense, goal line is a 2 TE, I Formation, with an extra blocker in at GLTE. Just because it's not popular now in the NFL or college doesn't mean it's always been that way, or that it wouldn't work. It's just that in college, spread offenses work better, and in the NFL, there are too many stud LB's that would blow up a play where they knew in advance the offense wasn't passing.

You can do this now. Put Goalline plays in your run very short package. Only call run very short package on 3rd or 4th down.

I've done that at times if I think a team has a particularly good goal line D.

The problem, of course, is that I also really like QB Sneak, QB Draw, and the HB blasts in true very short yardage because I have awesome QB's and blocking FB's.

Exactly. It's already that way. I don't see what the difference is.

Because you're trying to 'fix' a problem that doesn't exist.

Then again, since the attempted QB Rollout nerf was the only reason you beat Yorick, I can see why you'd want to attempt to get the entire goal line offense re-nerfed. You know as well as I do you can't win without help from on high

I'm 2-0 vs you. Get over yourself Tampa would of beat Yorick either way. We'll prove that in the Championship.

GL nerf should happen this off-season, because it's an obvious flaw.
