Anything. There is no point in having it if you are going to keep it blank. I'm not trying to get to the NGTH sub forum by saying remove it, but whats the point if its going to be left empty?

The forums were just modeled through the GLB1 forums for the most part so the reason they are there is primarily because hey thats what GLB1 had. At this point it probably makes more sense to just get rid of "Epic Suggestions" and "NGTH" as nobody realistically pays attention to either of them anyways.
