But only GL QB Runs...so oh well

To your post...Only real touches to the play itself can prevent that

I think the success of QB Rollout Strong here is due to the defense calls. It looked like one team was using standard GL defense plays and the other was Middle Overload. With the correct defense plays it is not so successful.

a) The team they were playing is 0-14 for a reason.
b) The team they were playing is calling really bad defenses.
c) Your mom promised the QB a freebie for every TD.

One team scored 5 TDs, the other 4. Do which team sucks? Both of them? What shamelessness? I have no involvement with either team (other than 1 is in my league).

Obviously the 9TDs caught your attention, so it is blatantly not a "standard rookie result"

I had 8 TDs by myself in the 4th Q of a League game (player owned team, but had cpu players)
