I have 40 SPs in Leadership for my rookie QB and he is still bobbling the snap, muffing hand offs and my offense's energy and moral are being drained a ton. Is this skill broken?

It's just the chemistry being about 50 on both C and QB.

40 is fine.

Nobody knows the ratio (whether chemistry or leadership is more at fault for bobbled snaps).

I had very few if any last season at 55 leadership and 100 chemistry, but I've noticed a handful now that I've moved to a different team.

As for leadership though, I'm not really sold yet on it's overall usefulness/impact for the SP investment. This game seems to reward picking something and being the best at it in general, and I'd extend that logic to the way the game and statistics are likely programmed.

Is it better to complete 4% more of your passes, or increase all your offenses morale and energy by 1%? That 1% compounded is much more in statistical value when you add all the affected players together but I'd take the better passing every time. If leadership really affects every player, I don't think they would make it so powerful to drastically counter bad plays for the entire offense.

Well I'll let you know cause I'm getting my leadership to max which is in the 90s.

I'll be most interested to see what sort of blow they take from stuff like Showboat sacks or TFLs.

Since Showboat is one of the few skills in the game you get the numbers for, I wonder if we could chart a few scrims with different levels of Leadership / Toughness / Heart and checked the morale drop after a showboat sack to see what % reduction occurred. You could probably somewhat extrapolate that information to the other morale events.

The only problem would be the morale noise from the tackle itself, but that is just toughness on the defender right?

Well, I purposely gave all my offensive players kinda low stamina and won't give them a ton of heart because I am hoping that my QB's high leadership will help prevent them from losing much morale and energy. He will max out at 96.

Guess I'll find out.

I want to see the numbers for this project when you are closer to findings out

Unfortunately the leadership skill will probably be a check/roll like anything else. You may still eat ridiculous showboat bombs.

What does this mean? I hope this isn't bad because a big part of my offensive philosophy is geared around Leadership helping my offense keep their morale and energy up.
