Warrior General Games

I have been in a number of games when leading or trailing by 30+ points and the trailing team is calling timeouts when the opps have the ball and going for it on 4th and long, almost always failing and giving easy points/stats to the leading team. In my last scrimmage:

going for it on a 4th and 10 on your own 1 yard line!!! and giving up the almost guaranteed safety.

If one team is down by more than 22/29 points, just let the game run out. No calling timeouts (by either side) and no going for it on 4th down.

I could see it in the final 2 minutes of a game...

but why waste the programming time? It doesn't really affect anything.

Points gainst is a playoff tiebreaker, so this suggestion could might lead to problems...
