I always wanted to do one of these things and what better time than now. We have some interesting match ups (and one not so much), and luckily every top 10 team is playing another top 10 team so rankings is at stake. lets get this started

#1 The Salty Runback vs #3 Atlantic City Hookers http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/compare_teams/398/327
This will be a fun match up. Salty's amazing defense vs Hookers brutal passing offense. Normally a pretty air tight defense, Salty seems to be a slightly exposed to the pass this season. To make matters worse they face one of the most dangerous wr in Randall Cobb. If Salty wants to win this they need to count on Their QB Ragnaros to step up his game as Salty is 0-2 in games where Ragnaros has not thrown for at least 1 td. On the other side the key for Hookers to win is actually not on their offense but on their defense. In games where the Hookers defense has held teams to under 250 yards they are 2-0.

Prediction: Cobb is just too much for Salty 21-17 Atlantic City

#2 Harrison Bulldogs vs #4 Hawaii Bulls http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/compare_teams/373/161
How cruel to pair these 2 up right after playing in a league game. A heated rivalry between 2 polar opposite teams, the Bulldogs who run a pass offense with a S* QB and the Bulls lead by their rushing attack with a S* HB headliner. Both are offensive juggernauts of their league but they also boast some mean defenses with the Bulls being the best stopping teams from getting yards while the Bulldogs lead the league in few points allowed. The xfactor for the Bulldogs is none other than Tdiddy, he has led the Bulldogs to a 3-0 record against the Bulls in ladder play (but 0-3 in league what's up with that). The xfactor for the bulls will be Storm Taurus, in games where he has failed to rush for 100 yards against Harrison they have lost.

Prediction: Tiddy works his ladder magic 31-27 Harrison

#5 Lost Lounge vs #8 Louisiana Screaming Pelicans http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/compare_teams/482/407
A match up of offensive proportions, seriously this will be a high scoring game. You got Yukiko and Warner vs Cannon and Faulk, Though their offenses couldn't be any more different. Lost can and will pass the ball all day while the Pelicans prefer a balanced approached with a nod to rushing. The xfactor for lost is obviously Yukiko because when she fails to pass for at least 2 tds lost is 0-2. The xfactor for Louisiana is the whole damn team. This team has 0 trends I could find. They manage to win and lose no matter if they out gain or are even out gained themselves, and same goes for other stats. Honestly it's a coin flip with this team.

Prediction: Yukiko doesn't disappoint and has a 5 td game 35-27 Lost

#6 Andes Chinchillas vs #7 Air Raid http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/compare_teams/377/492
Ugh I feel this is a bad episode of Pimp my Ladder. This is the 3rd straight match up for these two and I expect another 50+ combined point game. Though with me not setting the tactics this time it may fall short of my expectations. These teams host very strong offenses, Air Raid is one of the premiere pass oriented teams and Andes is one of the best rushing teams around, however Jim has been throwing the ball better this season and it has seen the offense shift into a more balanced look. The xfactor for Andes lies with QB Jim Plunkett, as he has lead Andes to a 2-0 record against Air Raid when over 80 passer rating. On the flip side it's obviously QB Cleveland Brown but not for the reason you'd expect. In games vs Andes where Cleveland is over a 100 passer rating he's actually 0-2.

Prediction: Hosdude unleashes the defense he forgot to put in last time and Paul M releases the kraken 27-21 Andes

#9 Darkside Vase Breakers vs #10 Seattle Seahawks http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/compare_teams/586/555
Last but not least we have the chaotic offense breakers vs the Seattle Cheesehawks. I honestly expect this to be a massacre, Seattle relies on QB rushes and HB rushes for their offense and they just happen to get the King of QB rushing in Xav. Seattle has to pray that Xav accidentally puts in a preset if they want to win. Pretty boring write up but not much to write about when we know Xav will shut this down hard

Prediction The Darkside Rollout QB Breakers wins this easy 42-7

Technically, Xav is only scout/snarkmaster for Darkside. Heck, I haven't even looked at our LB's and secondary this season to see if they're on track for how I handle it with Yorick and Lost Lounge. But I'm sure we'll figure out something.

Tight match up in the end. GG Seattle.

Rom_Fox is the run breaker. And a lot of good DOTs. It's really the experience against Tampa Bay then any Yorick secret sauce that focused the mind.

2-5 not a bad start and I hit one of the point spreads. Stay tuned for next ladder matches, I'll start doing these consistently and try to bring some forum life to seasoned teams

Good game Breakers! I thought we could take you. Best of luck this season and good luck against Compton tomorrow.

The Thunder will be rumbling into the top 10 very soon. Sitting at 12 after today's victory over Sandy Cheeks.
