There's a green bar on my team page that says "Pending scrimmage requests" with Reject and Accept buttons. I haven't seen this before. Usually when someone scrimmages me it just happens and then I see the game results later. Is this a challenge that will cost me flex or a scrimmage that the other team is paying for?

normally you get "quick scrims" - this is a scheduled scrim which costs half the flex

Actually, I think it costs you 25 flex to accept. Scheduled scrims like that split the cost of the scrim. Quick Scrims are all on the challenging team for the cost because the receiving team doesn't get an accept option.
