I've been working on the offence and defence myself but would like to get someone with experience on board so I can learn a thing or two. I own every player on the team so we are able to reroll and spec specifically for the setup on either side of the ball and melt some faces. Hoping to hold onto the team for the long run, so this is your chance to get in on the ground floor and help design it to go the distance.
