My coaches bailed on me,and no one showed interest in coaching, so I figured I would just grow a couple players, try some builds out, that's about it.

Damn...that sucks.

Running a whole team is difficult... you can only do so much by yourself, but the builds for your players will reflect the direction of your team better. Pros and cons both directions.

And expensive! I did it last season with my team, and after many obstacles I finally decided to reset and hire some coordinators and other agents. I found out just how much time it takes to go through skill points on 30+ players 2 out of 3 days. Kudos to those who can do it successfully!

damn bro...that sucks....I feel for you. I had 3 agents in GLB 1 bale ion me and it killed my season. Sry it happened to you man.

Quick question for anyone who has some experience. I have a couple of O-lineman ( Tackle and Guard ). How important are some of the abilities such as footwork and quickness to these players?

2 of the more important skills. Especially for pass blocking.

just depends on what kind of offense your running...but in general, they are very they are 2 key attributes
