Why don't you make the contracts expire at the same time? If I sign late in the preseason my contract expires late in the season leaving minimal time and opportunity to fund a good fit unless I sit the Joe out a season. Thus can't be hard....you have it in GLB1.

all contracts expire at the same time...which (I think) is at the end of the offseason....though maybe you can still be signed away from a team if your contract is done

Again......I have 2 Joes that are still locked into teams from last year due to late contracts....before first game.....just going to sit them a year.

All contracts do NOT expire at end of season.....not sure what happened to these as others did.

You obviously signed a contract extension for next season...

Yes, but if you click on the team roster list, you can see, which contract will expire at the end of the season (big red sign). Thats missing on the team pages next to the OPs agents players --> signed extension

Contracts are currently expired unless you signed an extension. They still display on their old team's roster as a convenience to the current team owner (in case they didn't send out extensions). If you want to sign somewhere else, you can.
