Last season it was blitzes working again which let run-first teams have an advantage...to the point where the single best indicator of who won a game was who had the most rushing yards.
Maybe this season the game rolled the x-factor dice and decided all the stadiums would have grass that was a bit more slippery than normal causing kickers to shank more kicks.
And ya, my FG kicker who was the most accurate in his league shanked a kick too. Didn't change the outcome of the game tho...

Unfortunately both games were really close. Actually they were both the same score 10-13 with one going into overtime and the other into double overtime. And these weren't super long field goals. One was 35 yards and the other 40.

Eh I had a seasoned kicker miss a 30 yard today; it happens. Once you have kickers with 90+ accuracy, 90+ consistency then we should be seeing very high completition percentages on FGs under 40 yards.
Until then it's still a bit of a dice roll.

In GLB1 it was confidence that played a huge roll in the playoffs. Maybe more heart?

Consistency imo. Heart to help trigger SAs
